二年级上Module 2 Unit 2 I don’t like ginger.教学设计

一、教材分析:

本课是外研社2011课标版(一起)二年级上册第2模块第二单元。本单元的话题是谈论对于食物的喜好。Lingling在学校分发午餐,结果Sam被生姜和洋葱辣着了,Lingling就给了Sam一个冰淇淋。 二、 学生分析:

二年级的学生已经学习了一年的英语他们乐于参与,乐于表现,喜欢竞赛活动。教师根据以人为本,面向全体的新课标理念,让学生通过感知,体验,实践,参与,合作交流来实现任务目标;为学生提供有效的学习任务和合理的展示平台,营造浓厚的英语氛围,鼓励学生用中学,学中用,学以致用。 三、教学重难点:

1. 重点:在真实的语境中激发学生利用I like...I don’t like...表达自己的喜好。 2. 难点:单词gingeronion的发音。 四、教学目标:

1. 学生能听、说、认读单词ice cream, ginger, onion, mm, nice

能听说读句子I don’t like ginger / onions. I like ice creams. 2. 能有感情地朗读课文,读懂课文内容。

3. 能用I like... I don’t like...句型表达对食物的喜好。 五、教学步骤 1. Warming up (1) Greeting

(2) Say a chant “What do you like?”

(Teaching aims: Encourage Ss to learn English happily with the help of chant.) 2. Task presentation (1) Review

Do you like games? Let’s play a Memory game.

T: Look at the food, I like noodles and rice. I don’t like sweets. What about you? S: I like... I don’t like... (2) Task presentation

T: Today we’ll go on to talk about the food you like or you don’t like. After that we’ll have a party together. (3) Say the chant of Part 1

T: I like noodles and rice, because they are very very nice.-ice-rice-nice. Teacher do actions and students guess the meaning of “nice”. Say the chant

(Teaching aims: First review some words Ss have learnt in Unit 1, and second present the task for today) 3. Text learning

(1) Watch and find the food

T: Sam is having lunch. What is he eating? Let’s watch. Then tell me. S: 白板meat / ginger / onion / ice cream (2) Teach new words

Gin-ger o-nion ---onions ice cream---ice creams (3) Listen and repeat then answer

T: Does Sam like them all? What does Sam say? Now please listen and repeat then answer

(4) Try the food ,act and say白板 S: I like meat.

I don’t like ginger. Ss eat ginger and say “I like / don’t like ginger.” I don’t like onions. Ss eat ginger and say “I like / don’t like onions.” T: Ginger and onions are so hot. So Sam says “My mouth, my mouth”. Ss: My mouth, my mouth. T: An ice cream for you. S: Thank you. I like ice creams. (5) Read, act and show

(Teaching aims: Learn the new text. First ask Ss to find the words about food. Then teach the new words “ginger, onion, and ice cream. Then Talk about the food Sam likes or dislikes, after that Ss try to eat and act out the sentences “I like... I don’t like.” Ss can express the key sentences at a suitable situation.)

4. Practice (1) Chant

T: You are good actors, let’s act and chant A is for apple...

Ss say other words. A is for and /... B is for bus /... C is for action /... D is for deer /... (2) Magic doors

T: C is also for castle. Today let’s go to the castle to have a party. OK? But before that we should go through these magic doors. Come on.

Door 1: Let’s see what’s in the first door. It’s a game. Read the pictures and point the balloons.白板

You get a key for Door 2.

Door 2: Guessing game from Zhuzhuxia.白板 I don’t like ginger. I like noodles.

I don’t like meat and fish. I like pizza and chicken. You get a key for Door 3.

Door 3: Listen and drawor x (ipad)

Go into the castle: (chant with music) Let’s have a party, let’s have a party. Go go go! (Teaching aims: Lead in with a chant. Then go through 3 doors and finally have a party in the castle. In the three doors, check words, sentences, and also lead in other words about food, prepare for the next dialogue. Finally listen and checkor x with ipad.)

5. Consolidation Make a dialogue (ipad)

Waiter / Waitress(服务员): Hello! What do you like? A: I like... I don’t like... B: I… C: ...

Waiter / Waitress: OK! A. B. C: Thank you.

(Teaching aims: Make a dialogue of ordering the meal from the menu in groups by using ipad. Students can use English to solve some problems in their real lives. Learning for using, learning for living.) 6. Summary and homework (1) Summary

(2) Famous saying: Radish and ginger keep away doctor. All of the foods are good for your health. So please don’t be picky eaters. (3) Homework A: Read the text. Read the words.

B: Draw some pictures of food. And then tell your parents what you like or don’t like.
